Volume:
You must have at least 50 active recipients on your Daily Plan-It™ recipient list at all times.
Tracking:
You must have a formal system for tracking your referral sources and the on-going contact that your firm has with those sources. In addition, you must also have a formal system for tracking prospects, clients and the referral source of new matters.
Consistency:
You must send out the Daily Plan-It™ on a regular and consistent basis. The issues are distributed every other week, 26 times each year and you must upload your template (or use a default template) so that each issue goes out to your referral sources. This will maintain a regular and consistent contact with your referral sources.
